I placed a service call for our fax that had not been feeding properly. Your service repair person showed up a couple of hours later (much fast than I had expected). He not only fixed the problem I called about, but he used his resourcefulness to find a solution to a problem that had been present since I had inherited this fax and no other repair person had been able to help with. I very much appreciated his consciousness and thoroughness.

It is time to take a minute to express our satisfaction with the machine that was purchased through one of your sales representatives. That machine works smoothly with minimal problems. On the occasions when it has been necessary to call, the service and product representatives have all been very courteous. The service technicians who have assisted have been knowledgeable and responded in a timely manner. Thank you all for jobs well done.

Our office was in a near-crisis because the auto-feed on our Ricoh 6750 was not working and we had numerous court documents to photocopy for filing in the Court the next day. Your service department gave me an estimated time to fix the problem, but time was running out. Due to my positive experiences with one of your contract managers, I gave him a quick call and explained my dilemma. He listened patiently and told me a service technician would be out first thing in the morning. That is what I call excellent service!

I am a very satisfied CGI customer. We have a Toshiba 3550 copier and a Ricoh 2700L Fax machine. My salesperson has been most pleasant to work with. He really wants to please the customer and bends over backwards to do so. Also, my fax service man has been exceptional as well. I would like to commend you for a very find staff; they truly deserve a pat on the back.

I wanted to thank you and your staff for the excellent service that we receive from your company. We ran out of toner this morning and were so busy that it would have been impossible to send someone out to get some. When I called and explained our problem to CGI, your staff took immediate action and had some here in less than an hour. This saved our day. Your service of delivery is a great benefit to our company and we appreciate it.
